This Privacy Policy applies to the ShadowWork app ("the App"), owned and operated by Ersah ATMACA. Your privacy is important to us. This document explains how we handle your data and protect your experience.
The App does not require an account or registration. We do not collect personal information. When using the AI Shadow Chat or Insight features, input is sent to OpenAI for processing but never stored by us.
AI Features: The App uses OpenAI APIs to provide journaling prompts, emotional analysis, and reflective suggestions. Your data is used only for generating responses and not saved by the App.
We do not share your data with third parties. All communication with AI services is encrypted and follows OpenAI’s privacy policies.
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your entries and preferences stored locally. However, no system is 100% secure.
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in features or legal requirements. Updates will appear on this page.
By using ShadowWork, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
